History of the Church
Founder's Bishop Bert and Lady Teresa Rivers Sr. along with their 2 sons Bert Rivers Jr. and Bradley A. Rivers started as Cedar Grove Outreach Ministry, Sunday March 16, 2013. After many years serving our former church with dedication and commitment, the Lord lead me to start a work in Cedar Grove TN. The only members at the time were my wife and boys. However, I was standing on the promises of God.. The Lord spoke to me concerning this move and said "If I go He would make provision for the vision." The Glory had spoken and we haven't had a service without a person enjoying the preached word of God. “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
